Sarah went to the Lord on February 2, 2010. She was born in Santa Clara, Ca on August 9, 1929. After graduating from Easton Arcola School in Madera she became a farm laborer working throughout the San Joaquin Valley and through the years became the liaison for the farmers and laborers, working towards equal rights for both parties, such as the Cesar Chavez movement and the farmers as well.
