Plumb Memorial TributeBiographySteve Allen Plumb was called to our Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at the age of 61. He passed at home with his wife by his side, after a courageous battle with cancer. Steve was born January 30, 1949 in Madera, CA to Arthur and Eleanor Plumb. He grew up in Madera where he graduated from Madera High School, raised his family and ran his own business, Superior Stone, with his wife Stephanie. Steve was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He loved to trap shoot, hunt, BBQ and spend time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.Steve was preceded in death by his son Jarrod Allen Plumb in November, 2007. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Stephanie Plumb of Madera, his parents Arthur and Eleanor Plumb, his daughter Leanne Leland and her husband Shane, his son Clay Salters and his wife Monica, five grandchildren, Colton Plumb, Richie Hamblin, Hunter Plumb, Chloe Hamblin and Zachary Leland, one great grandson, Connor Plumb. Steve also leaves behind his brother, Art Plumb and his wife Linda, niece Lori Walker, nephews, Greg Plumb, Jeff Plumb and his wife Jennifer.
