Terry Lee Lowry

Terry Lee Lowry, 71 a natïve of Madera, CA and a resident of Firebaugh, CA passed away Wed. March 27,2024. He was born to Henry and Joan Wood Lowry at Dearborn Hospital in Madera. As a baby the family moved to Firebaugh and that is where he stayed.

Terry was a graduate of Dos Palos high school in the class of 1970. He later received his AA at West Hills College in Coalinga, CA. He worked in Tractor Parts for over 44 years and retired as the Parts Manager at Thomason Tractor in Firebaugh in Dec. of 2021.He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Firebaugh and enjoyed serving his community as a member of Rotary Club International.

He is preceded by his Parents, His two sons Christopher Lowry and Rocky Poppa, a brother, Richard Lowry and his Son in Law, Jared Poortinga.

Terry is survived by his wife Janet Lowry of Firebaugh, along with is children, Dustin Lowry and his wife Belinda of Dos Palos, CA, Susan Poppa of Fresno, CA and Ryan Lowry and his wife Gennifer of Coarsegold, CA. He was blessed with eleven grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 11:00 am at Arbor Vitae Cemetery, Madera.
